Video walls consist of multiple smaller LED modules or panels, tiled together to form a larger cohesive display. These modules (one typical example size is 10" x 20") use LEDs as pixels to emit hi-resolution images. Due to their small modular size, coupled with  individual module programmability, video walls are extremely effective for large-scale situations, unusual space configurations (such as surrounding a doorway), wrap-arounds (like a column or reception desk), multiple screens in one area, various site locations, and split screen usage (for instance, displaying advertising using one set of modules and a map with another set on the same display wall). There are transparent versions that appear as windows when not in use. And portable versions allow outstanding mobility for concert venues, mobile museums and popup advertising stands for festivals and parades. We've seen one on a barge trolling in front of beachgoers!
